Marx was established in 1976 in Springfield, Illinois. We marketed and distributed woodburning stoves, furnaces and related accessories throughout the Midwest. As a result of the ever changing market, we have adapted to what the consumer's interests are and directed our efforts in
satisfying their needs.

In 1989 we moved to a new building located at 3445 So. 6th St. in Springfield, Illinois where we are better able to service our customers and also making us Downstate Illinois' largest fireplace and lighting showroom.
